Most frequent questions and answers
You can submit your entry by clicking the submit short film button and upload your film in the Filmfreeway platform.
The SDGs Film Challenge and Awards is articulated in the following phases.
Submission phase: this is the general submission period. Entries can be submitted from September, 25th to Nov 8th, 2022.
Reviewing phase: out of all submitted entries, the Top 17 eligible entries will be selected by a panel of reviewers and will be advanced to the judging phase.
Judging phase: the jury will evaluate the 17 selected films and select the top three entries.
The contestants will be invited to attend a One Day Seminar on Story and the Business of Film, and the Grand Finale in Abuja.
The overall winner of the SDGs Film Challenge and Awards will be awarded a prize of N1,000, 000 while the 1st and 2nd runners up will receive cash prize N500, 000 and N250, 000 respectively.
The prizes will be awarded during the Grand Finale.
Contestants will be automatically notified upon the successful submission of their entries.
